Stardate 24 Jun 2024: Currently, the only thing (kinda) working is the 'No Diacritic' and 'IAST' searches. They're buggy. It will only replace one diacritic per word at the moment. I had it working earlier then broke it trying to fix another issue. I'll get back to this in the next couple of days.

The logic is in place for all scripts to work, but my character map is innacurate and the letters and combinations of letters aren't playing nicely with the substitutes. It's not a difficult fix, but I need to spend the time going through each IAST character and making sure the other scripts are accurately matched. Also there are only 13 books in the database so don't expect huge results. Try the presets. Most of them work fine.
